its done!!!!!!!!!!

its done finally. corey has been trying to fix our second car for months maybe almost a year. we have been so blessed that he has been able to car pool until a few weeks ago when he change job sites. he finished it yesterday and it is running and well i might add. i am so grateful for a husband that can do those mechanic things. he replaced the whole engine with a little help of a couple friends. but pretty much did it him self. we now have two cars again. so wierd but am very grateful. now it is on to many many more projects that need to be done around here. hopefully we can get a few done soon. but still to have that one complete is a huge success and a stress off of our shoulders. also today is easter and i am so grateful for the true meaning of easter and the great blessings that we have in our lives. i am so blessed to have a wonderful family and to have what we need. i am also so grateful to be able to stay home with my children and to be there mom. i love being a stay at home mom. well most of the time anyway..lol but i am grateful non the less. i hope you all are spending time with your families and are realizing what we have been givin by the sacrifice of our lord and savior and that we dont take it forgranted. happy easter in all its true meaning...A-

why?

why is it that when u get paid each week that there is nothing left. i hate complaing but it is just so frustrating. we work so hard and are trying to get out of debt and do the things that we need to do and it just seems like we are getting no where. dont get me wrong we have the bills paid and there is food on the table and gas in the car which is serousily killing us right now but things are takin care of but that is it. there is nothing left. i know i should be grateful and i am for being able to do those things when i know that there are those in the world that cant even do that. i should not complain but at times i look at those around me and wonder how can they do all that. its not fair but what am i to say that they are not swimming in debt or really arent making it. ok so now that i have gotten that out i am pathetic in my complaints. i am grateful and i do feel blessed that we do have what we need. but someday maybe someday i would just love to be able to have some left over each week after the bills are paid.. is that just to much to ask? anyway i have said my peace. A-

i forgot..

i started couponing again and forgot how much fun it is when u get a killer deal or deals on something. i went last night to a couple of stores and got some great stuff. i hit walmart 1st where i got 4 boxes of dryer sheets and 10 deodernts for 8.02. crazy huh. well then i went to ridleys. did not do as well but i got diapers and wipes for 2 weeks plus dishwasher soap but also got 4 gillette deo, plus 4 gillette body washed, 4 ololay washes, 2 mousses, 1 shampoo and conditiner, 4 packs of bar soap.. 4 all laundry soaps for 70 bucks. not bad huh. i saved 42 bucks in coupons alone. wahoo. i am so glad i started couponing again. hopefully the good sales will keep coming. i have a lot more to stock up on...A-

camerons 1st soccer game

so cameron has been begging to try soccer. well this year i figured we would give it a go. it is more of a commitment for me then it is for him but what do you do. he had his 1st game today and it snowed the entire time. the kids and the parents were frozen when the game was done but they did a really good job being it there 1st won. they dont keep score nor do they have referrees but it is still fun...oh and cameron is in the red hoodie...A-

11 months

emmett is 11 months old today. i cant believe my baby is that old. he is so big and getting braver by the day. he is trying to let go of things and stand on his own. he claps, laughs at funny things, screams for attention. he also is done nursing and likes his bottle. still not sleeping through the night but i am hoping for that soon. he also babbles all the time. he likes to chase and play with samantha and carter. he loves to wrestle and loves it when his daddy comes home. he is eating pretty well and had 8 teeth. he is wearing 24 months clothes and i have no idea how tall or how much he weighs but hey it is helping me stay in shape. oh boy next month is bday #1.. how exciting..

eggs....

well here is the thing. i loved eating eggs. dippy eggs as we easterners call them. well they are sunny side up. i would eat them all the time with 2 yummy pieces of buttered toast. well then i got pregnant for the 1st time almost 11 years ago and have not touched them since. i would maybe have a few bites of some scrambled eggs but that was about it. on sunday i had dippy eggs for the 1st time in 11 years. my husband was shocked and had to watch me eat them. they tasted so good so good. i am just glad that i can eat them again. must be the fact that i am no longer nursing my baby and that we are done having kids. or who knows but i missed my dippy eggs...A-
