so i finally had a chance today to sit down and get a few posts done. well the past few weeks have been crazy but good as well. my mom came for the 1st week after emmett was born and it was so nice to have her here. after that well i was on my own but did pretty well i thought. we made it through and now the kids are out of school and i am sooooooooo grateful for that. now we dont have to be anywhere at a certain time. well cameron and wyatt do start summer tennis in a week but it is around the corner from my house and does not start till 9 am. nothing really exciting going on but glad to now be on summer break. oh i also quit my job. it is official. i am now a full time stay at home mom. i have never done that before and am interested to see how it goes. i have always worked so mmmmm. ask me in a month what i think. emmett russell dawson. 3 weeks old and growing so fast. he has already grown an inch and gained 3 lbs. he is such a wonderful baby and am so glad to have him in our family..

so he is here and i am so glad. glad to not be pregnant and to be able to bend over once again. i went to the hospital at 7 am friday. doc broke my water about 730 and started to contract on my own which was awesome. it started to get uncomfortable and the anithesiologist came and gave me my epideral around 10. the nurse then started the pitocian to keep me going and at 1130 i was ready to go. with a few contractions and a few pushes emmett russell dawson was born. he is healthy and has a wonderful set of lungs. he is nursing well but has his days and nights a little backwards but hopefully soon we can fix that. we are doing well and adjusting to having a new little one in our home but are so grateful and glad that he is here. hope all are well and talk to you soon.
